- 240 g flour, sifted
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 100 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 75 g chopped mixed nuts
- 120 ml whole yogurt
Preparation Banana bread :
Cooking time: 80 min.
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease a cake tin and line it with baking paper.
- Mash the bananas. Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt.
- Mix the butter with the sugar and the vanilla sugar. Add the eggs one by one, as well as the yogurt. Mix everything with the flour mixture.
- Add the mashed bananas and chopped nuts to the batter. Pour it into the cake tin and bake for 1 hour. Let cool completely.
